The 2050 Recipe Book

The Inspiration

"This is the exact smoothie I have been drinking every day for the past 5 years! I used to buy frozen bananas and berries that would take up half my freezer space. Now I just keep a 2050 Smoothie on deck in the pantry! I hope you enjoy this smoothie as much as I do!"

-Austin, Founder of The 2050 Co

The Back-to-Basics

This is The 2050 Smoothie at its most basic level, using our original powder.

The 2050 Smoothie powder, ice, and water. That’s it! You don’t need to buy any other ingredients to make this delicious smoothie!

For an on-the-go smoothie, just blend one scoop of 2050 Smoothie powder with 12 oz of water in a shaker bottle!

  • 3/4 cup of your favorite milk (We like oatmilk!)

The 2050 Flapjacks

There's more to 2050 than smoothies! Since the 2050 Smoothie is pure fruit, you can add it to tons of tasty recipes. We’ve tried it in scones, cakes, ice cream, and of course, pancakes. Yum!

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients. Add milk, oil, and egg and mix well.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan. Pour ¼ of batter onto the griddle.
  3. Cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake. Flip and cook until brown on both sides.
  4. Top with maple syrup and fresh berries. Enjoy!
